LAHUE 1924-2005 GROVE, Okla. - Louis E. LaHue, 80, died Wednesday, January 19, 2005 at his home in Grove. Louis Elmer LaHue was born on August 31, 1924 in Bonner Springs, Kan. to Dewey and Levina (Hayes) LaHue. He married Geneva May on May 22, 1972 in Miami, Okla. Louis was employed by Missouri-Pacific Railroad first as a Fireman and then as an engineer until his retirement in 1985. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge and Grove Senior Citizens. Louis was an avid pool player and fisherman. Survivors include: his wife, Geneva of Grove; two sons, Louis LaHue, Jr. of Boynton Beach, Florida and Darryl LaHue of Hanover, Kan.; two daughters, Marlene Sanders and her husband, Odis of Paradise, Texas, and Linda Ealey of Chillicothe, Mo.; six grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; four brothers, Albert, Meril, and LeRoy LaHue, all of Holden, Mo. and Robert LaHue of Warrensburg, Mo.; one sister, Frances Shumaker of Salina, Kan. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Raymond. There will be visitation from 1:00 p.m. until service time on Saturday. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, January 22, 2005 at Ellis Family Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Hand Cemetery in Jordan, Ark. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or the American Cancer Society. Services are entrusted to Ellis Funeral Home, 107 S.
