The son of Hiarm and Bertha (Benigar) Landrum, he was born on Feb. 14, 1925 near Grove, Okla. Leo worked in construction most of his life. He also shoed horses and rodeoed. He worked the Delaware County commissioners. Leon was a WWII veteran serving in the U.S. Army. Survivors include: a special friend, Juanita Russell, his children, Barry and Leona Allen, Jay; Jack and Lori Landrum of Ft. Gibson, Okla.; George Landrum, Jay; Robert and Shirley Blackwell, Jay; John and Sandy Landrum, Fairland, Okla.; Bill and Doris Landrum, Afton, Okla.; Robert and Shawna Cross, Inola, Okla; 14 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. The funeral was held Mon., April 4 at the graveside in the Buzzard Cemetery.
