All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== ::NOT LISTED The Grove Sun Daily Paul "Grayson" Mersch 1939-2005 TULSA, Okla. - Grayson Mersch was born on May 22, 1939 to the late Kirtley and Minnie "Bugg" Mersch. He passed away on Friday, April 15 after suffering a heart attack in his sleep. Grayson was born and raised in Jay, Oklahoma, and had resided in Tulsa for many years. He loved baseball, and participated in the sport extensively throughout his life, including at Jay High School, at Oklahoma State University, the Pan America Games, the Kansas City Athletics, the Saint Louis Cardinals, the Senior Olympic Softball Team, and the Jay Old Timer's Game. Grayson had a strong love of God that carried him through the years. He was a second reader for the Sixth Church of Christ Scientist in Tulsa Grayson is survived by three daughters, Teddy Harper and husband John of Tulsa, Errin Dickson and husband Robert of Dallas, Texas, and Ashlee Murray of Denver; one sister, Catherine Robertson and husband Tom of Jay; and two granddaughters, Regan and Kendall Harper of Tulsa. A celebration of life is being held Friday, April 22 at the home of Catherine and Tom Robinson from 5:30-8 p.m. For directions, please call 918-253-3332 or 479-466-1367. Memorial services to recognize Grayson's achievements will be held in Tulsa on Saturday, April 23 at Ninde Garden Chapel, 3841 S.
