JACKIE SMITH 1974 - 2005

JOPLIN, Mo. – Jackie Lee Smith died Saturday, February 12, 2005 at St. 
John’s Regional Medical Center in Joplin, Mo. at the age of 30.

Jackie was born November 4, 1974 to Nelson and Sophia Smith at Branson, 
Mo. She graduated from Grove High School in 1994, and was a waitress at 
Drake’s Restaurant in Grove for the past eight years.

Survivors include one brother, John Smith of Jefferson City, Mo.; two 
sisters, Caroline Smith of Joplin, Mo. and Edna Smith of Anderson, Mo.; 
grandmother Lela Suggs of California, Mo.; a special friend, Don Williams 
of Grove; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, February 16, 2005 at the 
Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home Chapel in Grove with Pastor Steve Dyer 
officiating. Interment will follow at the Polson Cemetery east of Grove.
