Petition For Probate Of Will,
Filed November 25, 1960 Garfield, Co., OK
Record No. 11066
In the matter of M.L. McHendry, deceased.

Comes now, Effie B. McHendry and respectfully represents and shows to the 
court;  That, M. L. McHendry departed this life at Enid in said county, 
on or about the 13th day of November, 1960.

That said deceased at the time of his death was a resident of said County 
of Garfield and left estate consisting of real and personal property in 
said County, the general character, description and probable value of which 
are as follows:
Real Estate-$5,000.00
Personal Propert-$13,737.48

That said deceased left a will bearing date on or about the 9th day of 
October, 1959 which is now in the possession of Petitioner and which your 
petitioner believes and alleges to be the last will and testament of said 
deceased, and the same is herewith presented for probate.  That, Effie B. 
McHendry, Petitioner, the person named as executrix resides in said County of
Garfield and State of Oklahoma, and consents to act as such executrix.  

That the names, ages and residences of the heirs, devisees, and legatees of 
said decedent, so far as known to your petitioner,
are as follows:
Epffie B. McHendry, Legal Age, 1223 W. Randolph, Enid, OK
Oletha Greeley, Legal Age, 401 Holly, Denver, CO.
Agnes McHendry, Legal Age, 1350 Fillmore, Denver CO.

Wherefore, your petitioner prays that a day be fixed for hearing this petition 
and notice thereof given as required by law, and
upon final hearing thereof, that said will be admitted to probate and Letters 
Testamentary be issues thereon to Effie B.
McHendry and for all other proper orders.
