M. L. McHendry, Last Will and
Testament Record #11066
Filed November 25, 1960:

I, M. L. McHendry, of Garfield County, Oklahoma, being now in good health, 
strength of body and mind, but desiring to make disposition of my property 
an affairs, do hereby make, publish and declare the following to be my last 
will and testament, hereby revoking and cancelling all other or former wills 
by me at any time made.

1.  I direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses.
2.  I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife, Effie B. McHendry, all of 
my property, both real and personal, of whatever kind and nature and wherever 
situated whether vested or contingent at the time of my death.  I give nothing 
to my daughters Oletha Greeley and Agnes McHendry as I know that my wife will 
properly provide for them upon her death.
3.  I do constitute and appoint my wife, Effie B. McHendry, as executrix of 
this my last will and testament and request that she act without bond.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand this 9th day of October, 1959, 
at Enid, Oklahoma.

Subscribed by M.L. McHendry in the presence of each of us the undersigned, and at
the same time declared by him to us to be his last will and testament and we 
thereupon at the request of the said M. L. McHendry in his presence and in the 
presence of each other sign our names hereto as witnesses.  DATED this 9th day 
of October, 1959;
