Hilda Fishback Mooreland - The funeral for Hilda Fishback, 104, will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Mooreland Assembly of God Church. The Rev. Larry Henderson will officiate. Burial will follow in Mooreland Cemetery. Arrangements are by Billings Funeral Home; Woodward. She was born July 22, 1898, the fourth of seven children, on a homestead claim southeast of Cleo Springs to Frank Oscar and Alma Gustafson Bangston and died Thursday, Aug. 1, 2002, in Mooreland Heritage Manor. She was two months old when she moved to Woodward County with her parents in a covered wagon, to a 40 acre claim north of the North Canadian River, 12 miles south of Curtis. She grew up there, receiving her education through the eight grade at Oak Grove and Elm Grove Schools. She worked for a short time at the United State Arsenal at Rock Island, Ill., during World War I. She later attended Tulsa Business College and worked at a printing office. She married Tom Fishback Aug. 14, 1926 in Tulsa. He had three children by a previous marriage. he died March 3, 1968, after 41 years of marriage. She was a charter member of Univeristy Methodist Church, Tulsa. Surviving are one sister, Mable Maud Smith of Mooreland; four granddaughters; and nine great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two brothers, three sisters and three step- children. Gary Wayne Wise Perry - The funeral for Gary Wayne Wise, 57, will be 10 a.m. Sunday at Brown-Dugger Funeral Home. Jerry Dale and Joe E. Puckett will officiate. Burial will follow in Grace Hill Cemetery. Arrangements are by Hills-ely Funeral Home, Medord and Brown-Dugger Funeral Home, Perry. He was born July 3, 1945, in Seminole, the foruth of five children, to Leo Jacob Wise and Willie Mae Todd Wise and died Thursday, Aug. 1, 2002, in the University of Oklahoma Medical Center, Oklahoma City, after a brief battle with cancer. The family moved to Perry in 1951, where he attended school. He married Janice Elaine Mack June 6, 1964. They lived in Ponca City and Stillwater, moving to Perry in 1972. They opened the first convenience store in Perry known as "The Wise Stop," in 1972. He moved to Oklahoma City in 1983, returning to Perry in 1994. He worked for Sunmart convenience store, Perry Auto Repair and Perry Wrecker Service. He was a member of Stillwater Community of Christ Church, and Perry Golf and Country Club. Surviving are one son, Chad Wise; his mother, Willie Wise of Perry; one brother, Wesley Wise of Oklahoma City; two sisters, Patricia Puckett of Tulsa, and Naveda Ely of Medford; and two grandsons. He was preceded in death by his father and one brother. Memorials may be made through the funeral home to Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation, Cancer Division, or the charity of donor's choice. Nova Fay Geis Kingfisher - The funeral for Nova Faye Geis, 79, will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, at First Baptist Church, 1340 S. 13th St. The Rev. Derrick Lynch will officiate. Burial will follow in Kingfisher Cemetery. Arrangements are by Sanders Funeral Service, Inc. She was born Feb. 8, 1923, in Tillman County and died Friday, Aug. 2, 2002, at her home. She had lived in the Loyal and Kingfisher area most of her life. She was a member of the First Baptist Church. Surviving are one son, Larry Geis of Garland, Texas; one sister, Lucille Corbett of Wichita, Kan.; and one brother, Floyd Hawkins of Loyal. Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church or Kingfisher Regional Hospital. Lorene Renee Adell Koehn Ringwood - The memorial service for Lorene Renee Adell Koehn will be 2 p.m. today at Redeemer Lutheran Church. She will be cremated at her request. Arrangements are by Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home. Harry Bollman Wakita - The funeral for Harry Bollman will be 10 a.m. today at Bible Baptist Church. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Sand Creek. Arrangements are by Wilson Funeral Home, Pond Creek. Glen D. Catlett The funeral for Glen D. Catlett, 62, will be Monday, August 5, 2002 at 10:00 a.m. in the Henninger-Allen Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Richard Fleig officiating. The burial will be at Tate Mountain, Wewoka at 4 p.m. He was born April 14, 1940 to Luther and Birtie Self Catlett in Wewoka and died Aug. 1, 2002 at St. Mary's Hospital, Enid. Glen loved to talk to people. He was a friend to everyone who know him. As a young adult, he worked in the M&P and Jackson grocery stores in Wewoka. In the sixties, Glen worked in several oilfields across the state of Oklahoma until 1967, at which time he went to work at Vance Air Force Base for Serve-Air and later for Northrop working several jobs from mechanic's helper to aircraft inspector until 1997, when he retired due to ill health. Glen is survived by his wife, Nellie, whom he married on March 12, 1982. He is also survived by one sister, Leoma Davidson and one sister-in-law, Betty Catlett of Wewoka; one son, Craig of Tulsa; two step-sons; David and Jeff Tidball and two step-daughters; Sonya Wichert and Gwen Tidball; eight grandchilren; Pamela, Amanda and Job Catlett of Disney, OK; Kristi, Brittany and Brandon Wichert; Kyle Harper and Skye Tidball of Enid. Glen was preceded in death by one son, Christopher, his parents and two brothers; Doyle and Hoyt Catlett.
