Adams 1952 - 2005 Keith L. Adams, 52, a retired hospital administrator, died Sunday, Oct. 9, 2005, at his home in Lakeside. Funeral: 7 p.m. Tuesday at First Baptist Church of Lakeside. Service of committal: 10 a.m. Wednesday in Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery. Visitation: 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at First Baptist Church of Lakeside. Memorials: Cancer Care Services, 623 S. Henderson St., Fort Worth, Texas 76104 Keith L. Adams was born Dec. 8, 1952, in El Paso and had been an area resident since 2000. He was member of First Baptist Church of Lakeside and was a lifetime member and master mason of Enid Masonic Lodge #80 in Enid, Okla. Mr. Adams was preceded in death by his wife, Lesa Ann Adams, on July 2, 1997. Survivors: Wife, Cynthia Frazier Adams of Lakeside; parents, Ross and Ruby Adams of Azle; children, Keith L. Adams II and his wife, Heidi, of Grapevine, Brandon Adams of Tulsa, Okla., Amanda Williams and husband, Brian, of Nixon, Jodie Lawdermilk and husband, Brian, of Fort Worth and Jay Yates and wife, Jennifer, of Azle; brother, Kerry Adams and wife, Cindy, of Plano; sisters, Tammy Koon and husband, Steve, of Ackworth, Ga., and Brenda Holt and husband, Darrell, of Savannah, Ga.; grandchildren, Nichole and Breanne Williams, Andre Goebel, Shelby Adams and Parker Lawdermilk; favorite mother-in-law, Laverne Frazier; and five nieces and nephews.
