Anna M. Hunt

TUCUMCARI, N.M. - Anna M. Hunt, 92, died Saturday, May 1, 1999. 
Services will be at 11 a.m. today in Center Street United Methodist 
Church with the Rev. J. Robert Sawyer, minister, officiating. Burial 
will be in Tucumcari Memorial Park Cemetery by Dunn Funeral Home. 
Mrs. Hunt was born in Lahoma, Okla., and had lived in Tucumcari for 
the past 70 years. She was active in operating the Hunt Insurance and 
Real Estate for many years until the time of her death. She was a 
past matron of the Bethel Chapter No. 15 Order of Eastern Star, the 
Daughters of the American Revolution and the Center Street United 
Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Samuel W. 
Hunt, who died in 1976. Survivors include two sons, Samuel W. Hunt 
Jr., of San Marino, Calif., and Charles M. Hunt of Dallas; five 
grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Viewing will be until 
time of service at the funeral home.
