OBITUARY: Willard F. KEPFORD Jan. 1979
Willard F. KEPFORD, 60, formerly of Enid, died Friday in LaPuente, Calif. 
His service will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Forrest Lawn Memorial Park, 
Covine Hills, Calif., with burial there.

Survivors include his wife, Jackie; five children and other relatives.
