Brent Haworth officiating. Burial will follow at Enid Cemetery with arrangements by Lanman Funeral Home, Inc. of Helena. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until 7 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home. Roena 'Jo' Grace Lair was born March 9, 1911, to Spencer William Anthony and Mary Olive (Allen) Anthony in Lambert and died Tuesday, Dec. 13, 2005, at St. Mary's Hospital. She married Bill G. Grace Oct. 25, 1949, in Guthrie; Bill passed away Nov. 27, 1975. She and Bill resided in Fairview until his medical retirement when they moved to Enid. She married Louis O. Lair Sept. 22, 1987; he passed away Nov. 25, 1995. She also cared for her special friend, Donald L. Stewart and his sister, Thelma Smallwood of Enid for many years until they both preceded her in death in 2004. Jo is survived by a daughter, M. Evonne Wymer and her husband, Virgil Wymer of Longdale, and her daughter, Audrey Jantzen and husband, Larry Jantzen of Ringwood and granddaughters, Jessica and Braznee Jantzen; a daughter, Freda Seager of Idabel and her children, Shawn Cottrill of Alva, Kevin Cottrill of Broken Bow, Bryan Cottrill of Woodward, Sherry (Cottrill) Dunigan of Idabel and her four children and three grandchildren; and Donna Loving of Idabel; a stepson, Leo Grace and his wife, Mae of Enid; a step daughter-in-law, Mary Grace of Enid; a stepson, Paul Lair and his wife, Darlene; a stepdaughter, Donna Allen and her husband, Bill Allen, all of California; stepsons, Jerry Lair of New York, and John and Joe Lair; one older brother, Ernest Anthony of Cleo Springs and one younger sister, Mable Smith of Fairview. She was preceded in death by her parents, three older brothers, George Anthony, of Des Moines, Iowa, and Floyd Anthony of Cleo Springs, Emery Anthony of Fairview; two sisters, Mary McHugh of Cleo Springs, Grace Schurdell of Lorain, Ohio; a baby sister, Opal Jane and a baby brother, Vernon Dwayne; stepsons, Walter Grace and Raymond Grace, both of Enid; stepdaughters, Maxine Grace of Oklahoma City, and Pat (Lair) Strong of Calif.
