All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== ::Mercer Adams-FH--OKC OK Miller, William Nevin "Bill" William Nevin 'Bill' Miller, age 47 of Oklahoma City, OK, formerly of Enid, OK, died Tuesday, December 17, 2002. Bill was born November 28, 1955 in Oklahoma City, OK to Mary Ann and Eugene Miller. He was the 4th of five children. He had two brothers, David and wife Linda of OKC, and Lawrence 'Larry' and wife Leslie of Mobile, AL and two sisters, Gloria White and husband Gary of Edmond, OK and Elizabeth 'Liz' of Albuquerque, NM. He had four nieces and one nephew. Bill graduated from Northwest Classen High School in OKC in 1973 and from Foster-Estes Vo Tech in 1978 as an Licensed Professional Nurse. He specialized as an LPN surgical scrub nurse for 22 years and was a dedicated and exceptionally skilled nurse. In 1980 he married Nita Jo Roper and they had two children; William 'Daniel' of Enid, OK and Jessica of Garber, OK. Bill was a beloved father and friend. In 2000, he married Rebecca Greenwood and was a beloved husband. He was a member of St. Johns United Methodist Church all of his life. Bill loved falconry with a passion and had a great love for the outdoors. He enjoyed fishing, boating, camping, hunting with his bird dogs, and was a master handyman. His greatest pleasure was spending time with his family and many friends. He will be greatly missed by all. He was preceded in death by his father. Services will be held at St. John's United Methodist on Monday, December 23 at 2:00 pm. Viewing open to the public on Saturday and Sunday, December 21-22 at Mercer-Adams.
