All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== ENID NEWS & EAGLE 22 Feb 2002 EULA MARIE NILSON ALVA ­The funeral for Eula Marie Nilson, 100, will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Marshall Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Ethan Sayler will officiate. Burial will follow in Waynoka Municipal Cemetery. Arrangements are by Marshall Funeral Home. She was born July 29, 1901, at Waynoka to Calhoun "Coon" and Laura Ellen Faurot Floyd and died Wednesday Feb. 20, 2002 at Colonial Manor Nursing Home, Tulsa. She attended rural school near Waynoka, graduating from Waynoka High School, and Enid Business School. She married Jack Dexter Weaver, Jan. 2, 1926, at Enid. He died Jan. 18, 1942. She worked for Dr. D.B. Ensor for several years. She later married Lewis Edward Nilson in June 1943, at Alva. He died Feb. 22, 1961. She lived in Alva until 1993, when she moved to Tulsa to live with her daughter, Mollie. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Alva and was a Past Worthy Matron of the Order of Eastern Star. Surviving are one son, Larry David Weaver of Fresno, Calif.; two daughters, Mollie Fleenor of Tulsa, and Mary Ellen Cunningham of West Fork, Ark.; one step-son, George Edward Nilson of Ardmore; eight grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two husbands, one brother and two sisters.
