She was born in Enid, Oklahoma, Jan. 30, 1942 to Clark and Mildred Hill. For many years she and her husband Rick, lived in Fort Worth, Texas. Following her husband's death, and with the onset of Alzheimer's she moved to Salt Lake to live with her daughter Janene. She was preceded in death by her father Clark; stepfather John Verlennich; husband Rick; granddaughter, Taura, son Brett MacDonald five months earlier. She is survived by her mother, Mildred; a daugher Janene (Michael) Derbidge; five grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. At Laura's request there will be a private service for the immediate family.
