Pascal HANKS.  One of the original settlers of Ringwood, OK during the 
Cherokee Run.  He met his wife, Annie WARNER after settling here 
and then later sold his claim and settled on hers.  Pascal later moved 
to Enid.  He was a well known painter in his day and one of 
his paintings hung in the Garfield  County Courthouse, though nobody 
is sure what has happened to the painting now. Photo found at:
