The Bakersfield Californian Saturday, 6 August 2005 Norma Jean Enox Blevins (Perky) August 21, 1944 - August 1, 2005 Graveside services for Norma Jean Enox Blevins Perky will be held at Union Cemetery on Monday morning, August 8, 2005 at 9:00 a.m. Pastor Don Bertrand will officiate. Perky was born August 21, 1944 in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma and she passed away August 1, 2005 in Tehachapi, California. Perky is survived by her husband of 42 years, Bill Blevins of Tehachapi; daughter and son-in-law, Kim and Mike Jenkins; son and daughter-in-law, Jim and Lilia Blevins; son and daughter-in-law, Jerry and Kristi Blevins; daughter and son-in-law, Karen and Ron Stanier; lovingly remembered by her fifteen grandchildren; sisters, Shirley Vance and Helen Thornton; brother and sister-in-law, David and Patty Enox; brother and sister-in-law, Jerry and Connie Head all of Bakersfield; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was always making something for someone. She made sure that all of her grandkids had something special that she made just for them. She loved to sew and was always making something new. Nobody could bake like she did, she was always trying new recipes. Everyone's favorite was Grandma's Banana Pudding. She was a loving and caring person and she will be missed by all who knew her.
