Services for Ben L. Mosely, a longtime resident of Garvin County, were held today at 2 p.m. in Stufflebean Funeral Chapel. Burial was in Mt. Olivet cemetery. Mosely, who was a broomcorn and cotton buyer here for many years was in Lindsay Monday on business and died unexpectedly of a heart ailment while in a Lindsay warehouse inspecting broomcorn. He died before he could be removed to a hospital. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Corrine Rackley Mosely of the Moody Hotel, Pauls Valley; four sisters, Mrs. Ruth Purman of Fort Wayne, Ind., Mrs. Lula Seveir and Mrs. Virgie Smith, both of Portland, Ore, Mrs. Lizzie L. Gill of Norman; one brother, J. J. Mosely of Broken Arrow, Oklahome; one step daughter and three step grandchildren, all of Oklahoma City.
