Heath of the Maysville Assembly of God officiating. The American Legion Post of Maysville will present the Flag to the family at the services, which are under the direction of Winans Funeral Home. Larry Brownlee was born on July 30, 1951 in Ft. Worth, Texas, to Tommy and Clara Barrow Brownlee. He died August 15, 1996 at the Sunset Manor Nursing Home, in Lexington. Mr. Brownlee came to the Maysville area from Los Angeles, Calif. about 1970. He attended school in California and Oregon. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving toward the end of the Vietnam War. After the service, he worked at various jobs in construction. He was affiliated with the Holiness Church. He is survived by his mother and step-father, Clara and Bob Stubblefield of Maysville; two daughters, Sheree Richardson of Norman, and Heather Lee Laundroex of Stroud, Oklahoma; one son, Michael Brownlee of Kentucky; two brothers, Darrel Brownlee and David Stubblefield, both of Maysville; four sisters, Donna Brownlee of Lindsay, Debbie Morton of Duncan, Vicky Noles of Spring, Texas and Liz Kiehn of Aurora, Colo.; five grandchildren; uncles R.L. Barrow of Maysville; Ben Barow of Haltom City, Texas; Windle Barrow and Tommy Barrow both of Ft. Worth and one aunt, Hazel Bynum of Maverick, Ark; and other relatives and friends made throughout the years. He is preceded in death by one son, Bobby Brownlee, in 1982.
