Louise Roach Donnell

Louise Roach Donnell, 83, of Amarillo died Friday, July 18, 2003.

Services will be at 3:30 p.m. Monday in Lake Tanglewood Church with 
the Rev. Marvin James officiating. Private burial will be by Boxwell 
Brothers Funeral Directors, 2800 Paramount Blvd.

Mrs. Donnell was born in Pauls Valley, Okla. She was a longtime 
member of First Presbyterian Church in Dumas. Since 1985, she was a 
member of Lake Tanglewood Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, L.O. Donnell, on Feb. 11, 
1986.

Survivors include two daughters, Denise Donnell Anderson and husband, 
Don, of Amarillo and Jill Donnell Needham and husband, Jack, of 
Brady; a sister-in-law, Kate Gamble of Canyon; two granddaughters, 
Wendy Anderson Poling and husband, Robert, of Amarillo and Amber 
Needham Goodwin and husband, Hunter, of College Station; and a 
grandson, Jason David Needham of Austin.

Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. today at the funeral 
home.

The family suggests, in lieu of flowers, memorials be to Alzheimer's 
Association, 2200 W. Seventh Ave., Amarillo, TX 79106; or to Crown of 
Texas Hospice, 1000 S. Jefferson, Amarillo, TX 79101.
