She passed away peacefully at home on October 13, 2002 with her family by her side. Margaret moved to California as a young girl and worked in Los Angeles at a bank. She met her husband, Clifford Emory Gray on a street car and they were married on June 14, 1931. They had two children Marilyn Jane and Ronald David who were the loves of their lives. Clifford preceded her in death in 1984. Margaret was a homemaker for most of her life. She loved to garden with roses being her favorite flower. But it was her family that meant the most to her. She was a gentle spirit and touched so many lives with her love. She is survived by her children and spouses: Marilyn and Buryl Vance, Ronald and Claudine Gray. Her grandchildren: Mark Vance, Christine Olague, Scott Vance, Laura Nafus, and Kelly Gray. Great- grandchildren: Ryan Vance, Allison Vance, Megan Olague, Erik Middendorp, and Heather Nafus. The family would like to pay tribute to Alternative Care and Odyssey Hospice for their care of Margaret. We give special thanks to Shirley Graham, Loretta Smith, and Margaret Roberts for all their loving care. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to your favorite charity. A private family service was held at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
