Funeral: 3 p.m. Saturday at Carroll Baptist Church, 1280 E. Highland, Southlake. Burial: Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park. Memorials: In lieu of flowers, please make memorial contributions to Carroll Baptist Church Building Fund. Arthur was born Aug. 4, 1930, in Lindsay, Okla. He proudly served in the U.S. Navy in the Korean War. He began his career as a teacher/principal/coach and then went to work at Look Magazine. He then became an entrepreneur, owning his own company in the marketing business with his two sons. Arthur was an avid basketball and football fan of the Carroll Dragons and his greatest enjoyment was his grandkids. He had been a member of Carroll Baptist Church since 1970 and was a member of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Cheryl Suzanne Capello. Survivors: His wife of 55 years, Cleo Green; children, Deborah Rhae Edwards and husband, Douglas, Anthony Allen Green, Brady Todd Green and wife, Sherry; grandchildren, Heather Elizabeth Edwards Bruce, Zachary David Edwards, Jonathan Jared Capello, Michaela Marie Capello, Sydney Alexandra Capello, Nicole Suzanne Green, Rae Ann Green, Victoria Lynn Green; great-granddaughter, Alannah Marie Bruce; sister, Gloria Gay Gower; and brother, Thomas Lou Green.
