Interment was in Oaklawn Cemetery with Krien Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Born January 25, 1955 in Wynnewood to Howell Don and Dorothy Jean (Miller) Grissom, he died in Lawton on Thursday, Feb. 2. A member of the First Free Will Baptist Church since 1967, he graduated from Davis High School in 1973 and then joined the U.S. Air Force. He received an honorable discharge July 6, 1976. At the time of his death, he worked as a heavy equipment operator. Surviving are his wife, Vicky, of the home and her children, Amber and Jason Rein and grandchildren, McKenzie and Briley Miner and Dylan Rein, all of Oklahoma City. Also surviving are three daughters, Bambi White and husband, Luke, Sulphur, Buffy Lovelis and husband, Greg, Stonewall and Daubi Holbert, Davis; two brothers, Jerry Grissom and wife, Donna, Tennessee and Brandon Grissom and wife, Katie, California; two sisters, Vicki Jackson, Sulphur and Karen Blair and husband, Paul, California; an aunt, Mickey Allbritten and husband, Frank, Sulphur, four grandchildren, Haley and Taigen White and Jarron and Baylee Holbert; numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Howell Don Grissom and grandparents, Archie and Maggie Miller. Pallbearers were Steve Allbritten, Joe Allbritten, Rocky Arms, Danny Miller, Larry Miller and Paul Blair.
