I, Fred Munn, of Garvin County, state of Oklahoma, aged 32 years, and legally
competent to make and take oath, do solemnly swear that I have personal
knowledge of the facts and that Mr. Fred Munn and M. Flora Rogers the parties
for the marriage of who a License is applied, are not disqualified or
incapable under the law of entering into the marriage relations, nor are they
of the relationship orhibited by the law.

I further more do solemnly swear that the following schedule, containing the
names of the aforesaid parties, their age, color and place of residence is
correct in every particular, according to my own personal knowledge.

– Greeting:

You are hereby authorized to join in marriage Mr. Fred Munn of Wynnewood
County of Garvin, State of Oklahoma, aged 33 years and Miss Flora Rogers, of
Wynnewood, County of Garvin, State of Oklahoma, aged 18 years.

And of this license you will make due return to my office within 30 days from
this date, which is the office of Court Clerk at Pauls Valley, Oklahoma.
Witness my hand and official seal at Pauls Valley, in said county, this 24 day
of December, A.D. 1925

I A.C. Barrett, Dist. Judge, of Pauls Valley, in Garvin County, Oklahoma, do
hereby certify that I joined in marriage the persons named in and of
authorized by this license to be married on the 24 day of December, A.d. 1925
at Pauls Valley, in Garvin County, Oklahoma, in the prescense of Mrs. Mary
Rogers P.O. Address Wynnewood and M. Beulah Rogers, P.O. Address Wynnewood.

AS A NOTE.  Flora was remarried to John Hannon Dec 19, 1929. Almost 4 years to
the day later, at this time I do not know what happened to Fred Munn. I
believe they may have gotten divorced, as according to family Lore, they had a
son named Fred Munn Jr, and he may have murdered someone. that is
unsubstantiated at this time. I am waiting for more documents on this family
to arrive, I have ordered them.

Mary Rodgers was Flora’s sister-in-law, married to her brother, James.
Beulah was her sister.
