Now comes Vina Stevenson, widow of the said, Dave Stevenson, Stlla Williams, Flora Prince, Lorado Abrams, Sam Stevenson, Fleet Stevenson and Sims Stevenson, children and only heird at law of the said Dave Stevenson, and the only children of said Dave Stevenson, and shows to the Court that each and all of them are over twenty-one years old, and they further state that they are informed and understand the estate of the said Dave Stevenson and that after the payment of the debts against same and the cost of administrating same, there remains the following property, to be divided among the said widow and heirs to wit: 1st, one dark bay horse - $35.00 Six head of hogs - 15.00 One cotton wagon - 25.00 One red saddle - 20.00 One cultivator - 10.00 Two turning plows - 15.00 One set of chain harness - 2.50 Total $122.50 and second, the following doubtful accounts, to wit: Robt. Mitchell, County Judge IN THE COUNTY COURT IN AND FOR GARVIN COUNTY, STATE OF OKLAHOMA In the Matter of the Estate of Dave Stevenson, deceased This matter coming on for hearing this 14th day of July,A.D., 1909, and it appearing to the Cocurt that notice of the settlement of the final account of Sam Stevenson, administrator of the estate of Dave Stevenson, deceased, was waived by all the heirs at alw of the said Dave Stevenson, deceased; the court proceeded to examine the final account of the said Sam Stevenson, and the vouchers produced by him, and further examined the said Sam Stevenson under oath; and it appearing that the said Sam Stevenson has well and truly accounted for every part of said estate, and that no profit has been made by him through ny increase in said estate, and there being no objections, and the court being fully advised, it is ordered, adjudged, and decreed by the Court that the accounts of said Sam Stevenson be, and the same are hereby finally settled, allowed and adjusted by the Court accorging to the terms and tenor of the final account of the said Sam Stevenson filed herein.
