The submitter has given permission to the USGenWeb Archives to store the file permanently for free access. http://www.usgwarchives.net/ *********************************************************************** Wills with Garvin County Ties James Lotspeich Min 31 P 481 James Lotspeich Dec'd Mar Feron 1886 In the name of God Amen I, James Lotspeich of the County of Green and State of Tennesse being in perfect mind and memory and calling to mind that it is appointed unto man once to die, I hereby make and ordain this my last will and testamony an dfirst of all and principally I recommend by sour to God who gave it to me and body to be buried in a Christian like manor at the descretion of my surviving friends and as to my wordly estate which God has blessed me wit I give and dispose thereof in the manner following to wit. I give and bequeathe unto my wife Elizabeth Lotspeich, five hudred dollars out of my estate and one note on W.W. Easterly about three hundred and twenty dollars also one note on A.W. Lotspeich for five hundred dollars and also all the money on hand after defraying all of my funeral expenses if not more than two hundred dollars. The balance of my estate is to be equally divided between by lawful heirs after a reasonable expense of the executor is taken out. I hereby make all other wills or testaments made or perported to be made by me. I do hereby make and ordain my son A.W. Lotspeich, Sr. this my executer not requiring him to give surtys. This be my will and testament in witness wheir of I have har unto sit my hand and seal this the 6 day of May 1884.
