Nalley I, Mary J. Nalley, being of sound mind and memory and desiring to dispose of my property while in health and strength, do hereby declare this to be my last will and testament, and hereby revoke any other wills by me at anytime made. 1st, I am the surviving widow of H.C. Nalley. 2nd, I desire that all my just debts be paid. 3rd, I give and devise to my son, Jim Nalley, two quilts; to my daughter, Mittie Mae Pickle, one cotton pillow;and 50 cents in money (fifty cents in money); to my son J.W. Nalley's heirs, $1.00 each; to my daughter, Eula Helma, one feather bed, three quilts, two enlarged pictures and $100.00 if I have it left; to my son, George Nalley, five feather pillows, three quilts,one enlarged picture and $100.00 in cash,if I have it;to my son, J.T. Nalley, one feather bed, three quilts, five cows, if I have many at the time of my death,and $100.00 if left after all my expenses, including my funeral expenses, are paid; to J.T. Nalley, Jr. and Willie Nalley, sons of J.T. Nalley and Mary Nalley, my interest in my homestead of 160 acres of land, undivided, in Section 9, Township 3 North, Range 1 West,and if either of the two named children die, then the land is to go to the other. I want it understoon that J.T. Nalley, my son, is to stay on the place during his lifetime; also he is to have the little hym book and watch; to my brother, W.R. Ross, two enlarged pictures and his family's enlarged picture; to Rosa Nalley dresser and to my son, J.T. Nalley, in addition to what I have already given him,the side board, two trunks,rocking chair. Signed Mary J. Nalley Subscribed by Mary J.
