Mitchell, County Judge County of Garvin In County Court To the Honorable W.B.M. Mitchell,Judge of the County Court, of the County of Garvin, State of Oklahoma Comes now Sealy James, who resides in the County of Garvin, State of Oklahoma, and represents to the court that she is a full blood Choctaw Indian enrolled opposite No. 8246, Card No. 2809, and is the mother of John Freeman, a Choctaw Indian, enrolled opposite No. 8251, who is now dead, who died in the County of LeFlore, State of Oklahoma, on the ___day of July, 1905, without issue and without having been married, and left surviving him your petitioner, his mother, and the following half brothers and sisters: Mary James, enrolled opposite No. 8249 Amanda James, enrolled opposite No. 8247 Bennie James, enrolled opposite No. 8248 Belina James, enrolled opposite No. 8250 Levi James, enrolled opposite No. 8252 That the father of said John Freeman died prior to the death of him the said John Freeman; That on November ___, 1908, the said Mary James died in the County of Garvin, State of Oklahoma, without issue and without having been married, and left surviving her your petitioner and the remaining brothers and sisters hereinbefore names; that by reason of the death of the said John Freeman and Mary James, your petitioner inherited an undivided interest in the following described lands: The w/2 of the E/2 of the sw/4, and the w/2 of the sw/4 of section 28, and the w/2 of the ne/4 of section 33, in township 4 north, range 6 west. Your petitioner further represents that she has contracted to sell unto M.S. Harper the said land and premises for the sum of four hundred ($400.00) dollars, which she believes to be a reasonable condsideration therefor and it is to her interest that said conveyance be made; that she has duly executed and acknowledged a deed of conveyance conveying said property to the said M.S. Harper and tenders the same herewith and requests that the court approve and confirm said conveyance.
