ROBERTS Brief History of Rush Springs Lodge OPERATIONS SINCE STATEHOOD In February 1909 the Grand Lodges of Indian Territory and Oklahoma Territory were united in marriage, and became the Most Worshipful Grand Lodge, Ancient, Free and Accepted Masons of the State of Oklahoma. The subordinate Lodges existing at that time were permitted to keep their original Numbers and Charters for historical reasons, but all were given NEW CHARTERS, under the authority of the new Grand Lodge of the State of Oklahoma.
