The submitter has given permission to the USGenWeb Archives to store the file permanently for free access. ==================================================================== Doyle Adams Funeral service for Doyle Adams, 73, of Ninnekah, Oklahoma, will be held at l:30 p.m., Tuesday, November 12, 2002, at the First Baptist Church of Chickasha. Doyle Adams was born December 26, 1928, in Lindsay, Oklahoma, the son of Leonard F. and Iva (Smith) Adams, and died November 8, 2002, at his home in Ninnekah. Doyle took pride in raising cattle and farming the land. He was happiest when he was working with his grandchildren on the farm. Doyle was a wonderful husband, dad and grandpa. He will be greatly missed. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Middleberg. Mr. Adams was preceded in death by: parents, Leonard Adams in 1992, Iva Adams in 1979; 1 son, Danny Wayne Adams, October 8, 2001; younger brother, Lee Adams, in 1977. Survivors include: wife, Nadine Adams of the home; 1 daughter and her husband: Lana and Jim Tibbetts of Chickasha, Oklahoma; 1 son and his wife: Dale and Terry Adams of Chickasha, Oklahoma; 4 grandchildren: Adam and Price Tibbetts of Stillwater, Oklahoma, DaLee Adams of Stillwater, Davy Adams and wife, Amy, of Kingfisher, Oklahoma; 3 sisters: Joyce Albright of Norman, OK, Patty Tannahill of Lubbock, TX, Sue Gilley of Noble, OK; many wonderful nephews, nieces, cousins and friends Interment will be in the Alex Cemetery under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Central Oklahoma or the Alex Southern Baptist Chapel Building Fund. --------------------------------------------------------------------
