All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== ::Laverty Cemetery--Laverty OK Chickasha Express-Star Tuesday, 3 January 2006 Cheryl Lynn [Bottoms] Alexander Cheryl Lynn Alexander, age 51, died on Sunday January 1, 2006 at the Grady Memorial Hospital, Chickasha, Oklahoma. Funeral service will be held at the Lighthouse Ministries Church, #1 Honda Lane, Chickasha, at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 4, 2006 with Sister Shelley Jones officiating. Burial will follow at the Laverty Cemetery under the direction of Comanche National Funeral Home. Visitation will be Tuesday, January 3, 2006 from 10:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. at McRay Funeral Home, 110 S. 8th Street, Chickasha, Oklahoma. Cheryl was born May 4, 1954 to Elbert and Darlene [Taber] Bottoms in San Fernando, California. She attended Chickasha Public Schools. She worked for Southwest Elementary School as a teachers assistant for the multi-handiucapped children. She enjoyed attending the Special Olympics with the kids at Southwest School and being with her grandchildren. She attended the Lighthouse Ministries Church. She is survived by three daughters and their husbands. Judy and Gaylord Faulkinberry, Debbie and Gary Anderson, Stacey and Raymond Mercado; her father and stepmother, Elbert and Lavern Bottoms; sister: Brenda and Richard Prather, a brother, Alvin and Janet Bottoms; seven grandchildren: Jeffrey Anderson, Jacob Nixon, Bryce Faulkinberry, Bethany Faulkinberry, Stephenie Anderson, Zane Mercado, all of Chickasha; and Adriel Mercado, Austin, Texas, and nieces and nephews LaTosha Prather, Riley Prather, Jennifer Brooks, and DeWayne Bottoms, all of Chickasha.
