Nick Randolph Amstutz was born March 2, 1929, in Chickasha, and died on Tuesday, Dec. 28, 2004 , in Lawton, Okla. Services are under the direction of Ferguson Funeral Home. ========== The Chickasha Express-Star 30 December 2004 NICK RANDOLPH AMSTUTZ Graveside services for Nick Randolph Amstutz, 75, of Chickasha, will be held Friday, December 31, 2004, at 10:30 a.m., in the Laverty Cemetery, with Esten Leonard officiating. Nick Randolph Amstutz was born March 2, 1929, in Chickasha, Oklahoma, the son of Norman Randolph Amstutz and Mary Jewell Johnston Amstutz. He passed Tuesday, December 28, 2004, in Lawton. Nick grew up in Chickasha, and attended Chickasha Public Schools. He married Rosalee Morrison on August 18, 1957, in Cauldwell, Kansas. This union brought them their four children. Their union exceded 47 years. Nick was employed as a lifelong truck driver. He had driven for HJ Jeffries Truck Lines, Carl Built, and for the oilfield, as a supervisor. He retired in 1999. Nick was preceded in death by both parents and one brother, Charlie Amstutz. He is survived by his wife, Rosalee Amstutz, of the home; four sons and daughters-in-law: James and Tana Amstutz, of Austin, Texas, Nick and Cindy Amstutz, of Washington, Oklahoma, Ronnie and Judith Amstutz, of San Antonio, Texas, Randy and Della Amstutz, of Ft. Cobb, Oklahoma; two daughters and sons-in-law: Toni and Stephen Niblock, and Debbie and Carl Schmidt, all of Chickasha; one brother, Bill Amstutz, of Phoenix, Arizona; one sister and brother-in-law, Pat and Chuck Baker, of Chickasha; twelve grandchildren and one great grandchild.
