ANDERSON Freda B. Anderson was born on August 8, 1914, in Osage County, Oklahoma, and departed this life on Saturday, October 4, 2003, in Prague, Oklahoma, at the age of 89. Freda, a resident of Chickasha, Oklahoma, was the daughter of Calvin and Sarah (Summers) Cook. She married Pat I. Anderson on January 25, 1934. She was a resident of Tulsa, Oklahoma, for more than 30 years. Freda was a very active member of the Alter Society and Catholic Daughters of America in Lawton, Chickasha, and Shawnee. She was preceded in death by her parents, her loving husband, her sister Helen, and her daughter Aeileen Conway. Survivors include: Son and daughter-in-law, Patrick C. and Linda Anderson of Prague, OK; daughter and son-in-law, Judy and Luther Wilson, Albuquerque, NM; brother, Clarence Cook, Ponca City, OK; sister, Catherine Nevigel, Spokane, WA; Son-in-law and wife, Pat and Patt Conway, Lawton, OK; 15 grandchildren; 33 great grandchildren; and 8 great great grandchildren. A Rosary will be held at 7:00 PM, Monday, October 6, 2003, at the Parks Funeral Chapel in Prague, Oklahoma. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, October 7, 2003, 10:00 AM at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church in Prague, Oklahoma with Rev. Adrian Vorderlandwehr, OSB, officiating. Interment will follow at Highland Cemetery in Lawton, Oklahoma, at 3:00 PM with Rev. Matthew Brown officiating. Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Prague.
