Jeanine Anderson, aka Jeanie Fisher 1930-2007 Santa Maria-- Memorial services will be held at the Santa Maria Presbyterian Church, 200 West Cook St. at 1:30 in the afternoon, Saturday, March 31 for Jeanine Anderson, 77 of Santa Maria. She died of natural causes on Saint Patrick's Day March, 17,2007 at Marian Extended Care. Jeanine was born at home on January 5, 1930 in a small town near Chickasha, Oklahoma. She spent much of her youth soaking up the sun on Santa Monica Beach. As an adult Jeanie lived in California, Oklahoma, Texas, Arizona and Wisconsin. She was a resident of the Central Coast for the past 32 years. Jeanine worked as the Office Manager for the Visiting Nurse Service of Northern Santa Barbara County. She was married to Lester J. (Andy) Anderson for 44 years. After his death she was married to Marlin Fisher for 3 years, until his death. Jeanine's survivors include her sister Mary Stewart of Redlands, her daughter Leslie Kim Scott of Malibu, and stepsons Dale Anderson of Escondido and Kenneth Anderson of San Diego. She has six grand children and nine great-grand children, who all live in California. Jeanie loved her family, her pets, ceramics, Poker, Bunko, and the wonderful friends she has made throughout her life. An old fashion potluck wake will follow her service at the church social room. Arrangements are under the care of Dudley-Hoffman Mortuary and Crematory.
