Luna Jane Armstrong was born Dec. 28, 1909, and died on Sunday, April 27, 2003. Burial will be in Alex Cemetery, Alex, Okla., under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home. =========== Luna Jane Armstrong Obits 4-30 Funeral service for Luna Jane Armstrong, 93, of Chickasha, Oklahoma, will be held at 1:30 p.m., Thursday, May 1, 2003, in the Chapel of Sevier Funeral Home. Luna Jane Armstrong was born December 28, 1909, in Maysville, Oklahoma, the daughter of William P. and Rosa Belle (Lee) Palmer, and died April 27, 2003, in Chickasha. Mrs. Armstrong lived in Grady County at Alex and Chickasha most of her life. She and G. William (Bill) Armstrong were married April 12, 1938, in Chickasha and remained in Chickasha until her death. Mrs. Armstrong was an Avon Salesperson and a member of the Ninth and Colorado Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by: husband: G. William (Bill) Armstrong; 1 son: Stephen Lee Armstrong. Survivors include: 1 daughter: Alma Nell Helfenbein of DeSoto, Texas; Grandchildren: Lee Helfenbein of Amarillo, Texas, Kim Helfenbein of Arlington, Texas, Brenda Cranford of Austin, Texas, great grandchildren: Candace Helfenbein of Amarillo, Texas, James Helfenbein of Amarillo, Texas, Ryan Cranford of Austin, Texas; several nephews, nieces and cousins.
