Clif Werhan will officiate. Florene (Brown) Bozeman was born April 30, 1917, in Velma, Okla., and died on Thursday, April 24, 2003, at her home in Marlow. Burial will be in Rush Springs Cemetery under the direction of Callaway- Smith-Cobb Funeral Home. ============ Duncan Banner 4/27/03 Florene Brown Bozeman Florene Brown Bozeman, 85, died April 24, 2003 at her home in Marlow. Services will be at 2 p.m. on April 29, 2003, at the Church of Christ in Rush Springs with Clif Werhan officiating. Burial will follow in the Rush Springs cemetery under the direction of Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral Home. Viewing will be Saturday, from 5 p.m. until noon, at the Callaway-Smith- Cobb Chapel in Marlow. Bozeman was born on April 30, 1917 in Velma to John Alfred Brown and Nettie Foster Brown. She married James Cameron Bozeman on July 20, 1960 in Dillion, S. C. She lived in the Marlow area for 23 years, her hobbies included arts and crafts, gardening, canning, sewing, crochet, piano playing and singing. She took college courses in painting and took flying lessons. She was preceded in death by her partner; son Billy Ray Onstea; daughter Sharon Ann Todd; grandson Dwayne McClure; infant grandson; and three infant great grandsons. Bozeman is survived by her husband of the home; three daughters, Kaye McClure and husband Mickey of Rush Springs, Fern McCoy and husband Gene of Duncan, and Bettey Freeman and husband Mitchell of Sanford, N.C.; sister Viola Lorene Rimer; 17 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren; and seven great great grandchildren.
