Rev. Elmer Whitehead will officiate. Alfred Jackson Blades was born June 5, 1921, in Rush Springs, and died on Sunday, June 17, 2001, in Rush Springs. Burial will be in the Rush Springs Cemetery, under the direction of Callaway-Smith-Cobb Chapel, Rush Springs.
