The body of Eli M. Boan was sent here for burial Monday from the Masonic 
home at Gutherie where he passed away May 30th.

The funeral services were held at the Methodist church Monday afternoon 
with Rev. C. W. Taylor in charge of the funeral services.

Mr. Boan was 80 years old, and a member of the Verden Masonic Order, of 
which Order held ritual services as the cemetery where interment was 
made.

His wife and a lady friend accompanied the body here for burial. They 
formerly resided here and have a number of friends who extend sympathy 
to Mrs. Boan in her bereavement.
