BERRY The Verden News January 14, 1944 I. B. BERRY SERVICES HELD WEDNESDAY Funeral services for I. B. Berry, 83, were conducted at 11:00 a. m. Wednesday at the First Baptist church by Rev. W. O. Cooley, pastor. Interment was in the Verden Cemetery under the direction of the Hansen Funeral Home. Music for the services was furnished by a quartet composed of Mr. J. N. Kern, Mrs. R. M. Caldwell, B. M. Ransbarger and F. G. Ransbarger who sang "Amazing Grace," "How Firm A Foundation" and Old Rugged Cross," piano accompaniment was by Mrs. F. G. Ransbarger. Pallbearers were L. H. Perlman, C. A. Niday, B. L. Anderson, E. A. Sandlin, Eugene Sandlin and George West. Isaac B. Berry was born June 22, 1860, in Cave City, Kentucky and died at 11:30 a. m. January 10 at the age of 83 years, six months and 18 days. He was united in marriage to Nannie C. Hunter in 1887 at Cave City. They moved to Oklahoma in 1908 and lived at Granite and Pauls Valley before moving to Verden in 1930. To this union was born three daughters and four sons, one having preceded him in death. Mrs. Berry passed away November 30, 1941. Mr. Berry was a member of the Baptist church. Surviving members of the family include three daughters, Mrs. Sallie M. Litton, Chickasha; Mrs. Minnie F. Trousdale, Verden; and Mrs. Louie J.
