Interment will be at Llano Cemetery Mausoleum. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home, 2800 S. Osage St. Mr. Bristow was born in McAlester, Oklahoma on June 22, 1949, and died February 11, 2003. He moved to Amarillo from Oklahoma in 1965. He was a boilermaker, and a member of the Boilermaker Union Local #531 for 28 years. Survivors include: 1 son: Jacob Bristow of Jacksonville, FL.; his father Ross Bristow of Chickasha, OK; his grandmother: Irene McIntosh of McAlester, OK; 7 brothers: Jimmy Bristow of Amarillo, Tommy Bristow of Wilburton, OK, Ron Bristow and Don Bristow both of Amarillo, Kevin Bristow of Chickasha, OK, Carl Black of Dallas and Myron Loman of Chickasha, OK; 3 sisters: Angle Bunch of Minco, OK, Cheryl Turner of Cement, OK, Gail Evans of Chickasha, OK; 3 grandchildren. The family will be at 7731 Clarke in Amarillo. The family requests memorial donations be to Olivia's Angels c/o Baptist St. Athony's Hospice, 200 NW 7th Amarillo, Texas, 79107.
