Latricia was born on November 26, 1959. She died on July 30, 2005. Services are under the direction of the McRay Funeral Home ========== The Chickasha Express-Star Tuesday, 2 August 2005 LATRICIA RENE BRINKMAN Funeral service for Latricia Rene Brinkman, age 45 of Dumas, Texas, formerly of Alex, Oklahoma, will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 3, 2005, in the Bible Baptist Church in Chickasha, Oklahoma, Rev. Jerry Brinkman will officiate. Latricia Rene Brinkman was born on Thanksgiving Day on November 26, 1959, in Hobbs, New Mexico, to Hollis Dale Taylor and Shirley Harrlis Taylor. She passed through this life into her Heavenly Father’s kingdom on July 30, 2005, at her home in Dumas, Texas. She attended school in Alex and graduated in 1979. Latricia and Dan were married at the Alex United Methodist Church on July 14, 1989. Latricia was led to the Lord on August of 1990 and gave herself to her Lord’s service. She was faithful in that service until the time of her death. She was a member of the Temple Baptist Church in Dumas, Texas. She and Dan have been workers for the Lord most of their married life. Latricia was an inspiration to all she met through her outgoing personality and the faith she professed. She was preceded in death by her father, Dale Taylor in 2003, grandmother, Era Harris in 2004, and grandmother, Beulah Taylor in 1987. Survivors include her husband: Dan Brinkman of the home; son, Adam Brinkman of Alex, daughters, Cassie and Brittni Brinkman of the home; mother, Shirley Taylor of Alex; brother & wife, Kenneth & Peggy Taylor of Chickasha; nieces, Holly Taylor, Kala & Kari Franklin of Chickasha; grandfather, Travis Harris of Alex; uncle & wife, Lloyd & Melba Harris of Sweetwater, Texas; cousins, Kimberly Lancaster of Abileen, Texas & Chris Hams of Bermuda; father-in-law & mother-in-law, Rev. Jerry & Carol Brinkman of Woodward; brother-in-law & sister-in-law, David & Pam Brinkman of Chickasha; nieces, Chasity & Jordan of Chickasha. She leaves an extended family in Des Moines, Iowa of aunts, uncles, grandmother, cousins and doctors and nurses of Mercy Hospital. She was an inspiration to all of them. She made a lasting impression on all she met and will be missed so much by family and friends. Interment will be in the Alex Cemetery with Rev. Dark Bosher officiating.
