Clyde Robert Cast

Obituary - Rush Springs Gazette 6/20/1991

Clyde Cast died Monday, June 17, in Chickasha. He was 85 years old.

Funeral services with be held at 2:00 pm Thursday June 20, at the Southern 
Baptist Church in Rush Springs where he was a member. The Rev Alvin 
McConnell will officiate. Burial will be in Rush Springs Cemetery under the 
direction of the Callaway-Smith-Cobb funeral Home.

Music will be provided by Jeraldine Hale, Jerry Walker and Ginger Boles.

Cast was born February 20, 1906 at Bray, IT. He had lived most of his life 
in Rush Springs and was a retired farmer.

He was married January 6, 1924 in Rush Springs to Hilda Evelyn Hays.

Survivors include his wife Hilda, a resident of Shannon Springs Nursing 
Home of Chickasha; three daughters, Billie Turley of Moore, Frankie Bond of 
Moore, and Evelyn Romines of Oklahoma City; 13 grandchildren, 8 
grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild and one sister, Oleta Reeves of 
Bethany. He was preceded in death by one son, Robert Cast.

Pallbearers are grandsons.
