The many friends of Mr. Marion Cochran were shocked to learn of his 
sudden death, which occured early Thursday morning.

Mr. Cochran carried a gun with him as he made his way to the field that 
morning to do some plowing and in some manner the gun was discharged by 
him that caused his death instantly. The shot entered the abdominal, 
ranging upward.

The Cochrans live northeast of Verden and the children attend school 
here, the family are regular.............
