Mr. Cochran was born March 9, 1923 and died March 14, 2004. Arrangements are under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home. ========== The Tuttle Times 24 March 2004 JESSE EARL COCHRAN Memorial services for Jesse Earl Cochran, 81, of Tuttle were held at 1:30 p.m. Monday, March 22, 2004 at the Fairview Cemetery Chapel in Tuttle. Jesse Earl Cochran was born March 9, 1923 in Tuttle to Turner and Susan Belle (Downing) Cochran and died March 14, 2004 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Mr. Cochran lived in Tuttle all of his life except during his military service. He served in the U.S. Navy for eight years, two months, and eight days. He and Ann Rooney were married April 21, 1954 in Tuttle and she preceded him in death. Mr. Cochran was a member of the American Legion and the Tuttle Christian Church. He was also preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and two sisters.
