Rev. Chuck Dollarhide, United Methodist Church, Minco, officiated. Ben Clark was born October 15, 1924, in Billing, Oklahoma, the son of Ray and Lois (Potter) Clark, and died Saturday, November 17, 2001, at Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City. He married Tootsie Bourassa on February 1, 1952. Ben was a Navy veteran of WWII and Korea. After his military service he worked at Tinker Air Force Base. In 1957 he began his career with the U.S. Postal Service as a clerk. He later worked as a mail carrier and served nine years as postmaster before retiring in June, 1983. Ben was active in the Minco Kiwanis Club, American Legion, the Masonic Lodge, the I.O.O.F. Lodge in El Reno, and was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Minco. He is preceded in death by his parents, brothers Ed and Andy, and his grandson, Matthew. Survivors are his wife of 49 years, Tootsie, of the home; four sons and daughters-in-law: Frank and Susie of Enid, Bennie and Nancy of Broken Arrow, Ray and Donna of Minco, Carl and Judy of Minco; 1 brother: Bill Clark of Duncan; 2 sisters: Ida Mae Bocox of Perry and Mayme Fulton of Wellston; 6 grandchildren: Shane of Enid, Kurt of Seattle, Washington, Shawna, Casey and Steve of Minco, Sarah of Broken Arrow; 1 great grandson: Cavin of Minco; 3 step-grandchildren: Angela, Amy and Joey of Enid; 2 step-great-grandchildren: Cylie and Harlie of Enid; and numerous nieces, nephews and many friends. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the United Methodist Church Building Fund, P.O.
