All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== Tuttle Times June 9, 2005 SUE CONDREN Funeral services for Sue Condren, 80, of Tuttle, Oklahoma were held at the Sowers Memorial Chapel of Sevier Funeral Home on Wednesday, June 8, at 11 a.m. Sue Condren was born on October 1, 1924, in Roff, Oklahoma to William and Ruby (Wilder) Johnson. Sue passed away on Sunday, June 5, 2005 in Oklahoma City, OK after a brief illness. Sue had lived around Tuttle, OK, for the past 50 years after moving from Oklahoma City. She was retired from being the Administrator of the Tuttle Housing Authority, where she had served for 27 years. Sue was a member of the First Baptist Church of Tuttle. Sue was preceded in death by her parents, husband Leon Rexford Condren, and a son, Douglas Leon Condren. She is survived by: a son: James Ray Condren of Tuttle, OK; a daughter: Brenda Condren Wilkins and her husband, David, of Norman, OK; two brothers: Jim Johnson of Houston, TX and Melvin Johnson of Roff, OK; three sisters: Rudean Clifton of Roff, OK, Lovella Williams of Roff, OK, Jo Harris of Pell City, AL; six grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Sue loved her family dearly, and always busied herself by making sure their needs were met. She will always be remembered for her desire to take care of others, whether they were family members, friends, those living at the Tuttle Housing Authority, or those who were homebound or in a nursing home. After a lifetime of showing kindness and love by looking after others, she is finally resting and being eternally looked after herself, by her Savior Jesus Christ, in Heaven. Sue will be deeply missed by her family and loved ones.
