Terry Dean Cunningham was born January 27, 1956, in Anadarko, Oklahoma, and died March 1, 2003, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Terry lived in the Chickasha and Norge area all of his life. He worked at the Grady County Sheriff's office for 18 years. He and Tammy were married July 15, 1997 in Chickasha. Terry was a member of the Laverty Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by: grandparents: Cleo and Albert Cunningham, Sr., grandfather: Leon Hawley; 1 brother: Jimmy (Jimbo) Moore; nephew: Jacob Moore. Survivors include: Wife: Tammy Cunningham of the home; 2 daughters: Terrie Martin and husband, Shane, of Noble, Oklahoma, Samantha Cunningham of Verden, Oklahoma; 3 sons: Jerry Cunningham of Chickasha, Travis Cunningham of Ninnekah, Levi Secrest of Verden; parents: Wanda and Dale Lane of Chickasha; father: Jimmy Cunningham of Cement; 5 brothers: Billy Ray Moore, Jr., of Chickasha, John Moore and wife, Arlene, of Alex, Joel Cunningham of Texas, David Cunningham of Stillwater, Gary Lane of Ninnekah; 4 sisters and their husbands: Patty and Ray Sample of Cement, Dana and Mike Schultz of Ninnekah, Renee and James Sparks of Chickasha, Jamie and James Matthews of Orlando, Florida; 2 grandchildren: Cervantez and Damein Martin of Noble; grandmother: Ann Robertson of Anadarko. Numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
