Carmichael, Rubie Helen 

CLOVIS, N.M. - Rubie Helen Carmichael, 100, formerly of Portales, died 
Thursday, Aug. 5, 2004, in Clinton, Okla.

Services will be at 3 p.m. Sunday in Central Baptist Church in Clovis with 
the Rev. Terrill Mitchell and the Rev. Shayne Childers officiating. 
Arrangements are by Steed-Todd Funeral Home.

Mrs. Carmichael was born Nov. 12, 1903, in Rush Springs, Okla. She married 
Oliver Carmichael on Oct. 28, 1922, in Farwell, Texas.

Survivors include a daughter, Chloe Mitchell of Clinton; five 
grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Carol Beevers of 
Logan and Gene Beevers of Farmington.
