JONES DISHMAN Funeral services for Mary L. Jones Dishman, 71, of Chickasha, will be held Wednesday, February 11, 2004, at 2:00 p.m. in the Ferguson Funeral Home Chapel with Bennie Mathews officiating. Mary L. Jones Dishman was born May 16, 1932, in Eldorado, Kansas, the daughter of Everett Smith and Ruth Robbins Smith. She died Saturday, February 7, 2004, at her home. Mary grew up in Eldorado, Kansas, moving to Chickasha in 1946 and graduated from Chickasha High School in 1950. She married William H. Jones in Anadarko, Oklahoma, on October 23, 1949, and from this union their seven children were born. She later married Lymon G. Dishman on September 7, 1974, in Chickasha, Oklahoma. She had been employed with Pet Milk for 27 years. Mary enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Mary is preceded in death by both parents; her husband Bill in 1974 and Lymon in 1988; also an infant son, Billy Wayne Jones; one brother, Melvin Smith; and her stepmother, Lucille Smith. Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law: Frank and Vicky Jones of Durango, Colorado, and Tommy and Debbie Jones of Norman, OK; four daughters and sons-in-law: Mary Ann and Paul Batchelder of Chickasha, Linda and Clarence Lowrey of Cement, Ginger and Dane Clanton of Cement, and Ruth and Todd Bingham of Chickasha; three sisters and brother-in-law: Lillian Wilson of Broken Arrow, OK, Genelda and Jim Pickett of Eldorado, Kansas, and Teresa O'Shea of Clovis, New Mexico; one brother and sister- in-law: Fred and Lisa Smith of Clovis, New Mexico; twelve grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Chickasha at 301 South 2nd Streeet, Chickasha, Oklahoma 73108.
