My mother died December 24, 2002 in Brownwood Texas. Her name was 
Lela Bell Mead-Eggleston. She was born June 5, 1924 in Chickasha, 
Oklahoma to Lela Marie Wilkinson-Mead and Jasper Hayden Mead. She is 
buried in Eastlawn Memorial Park in Early, Texas. Her husband was 
Gene Enos Eggleston. She had one daughter Bonnie Marie Humphries of 
Brownwood Texas and three granddaughters; Rebecca Ann Moody of 
Brownwood, Sarah Marie Dunlap of Brownwood and Bonnie Jean Terpening 
of Brownwood.She had 6 greatgrandchildren, 5 living.
