All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== Eugene Register Guard - Eugene Oregon 27 Feb 2004 Albert Foster A private memorial service was held Feb. 11 in Sutter Creek, Calif., for Albert "Bud" Foster of Eugene, who died Feb. 8 of age-related causes. He was 85. Foster was born Nov. 6, 1918, in Chickasha, Okla., to Albert and Elva Flowers Foster. He lived in the California cities of Lodi and Paradise before moving to Eugene in 2001. He served in the Navy. He worked as a dairy farmer and salesman before his retirement. He later sold real estate. He enjoyed golfing. He was a member of an Elks Lodge and served as president of a Kiwanis Club in Lodi. Survivors include a son, Jon of Lodi, Calif.; two daughters, Jan Snell of Sutter Creek and Julianne Brown of Eugene; seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
